I watched the 2nd movie yesterday :)
ReplyDeleteYea! At last a dvd I have :-D This is still in most shops here and it's really cheap at £5.99 or less.
ReplyDeleteI did not like this movie when I first saw it, but then I watched it again at Christmas past and love it. I think the reason I enjoyed it so much the 2nd time was because I got the BBC version free in the newspaper and had all these great memories of it and it was soooo bad.
I've got the 2nd movie but have yet to watch it.
Oh yea, another James McAvoy film I had and did not know it :-P

ReplyDeleteJames, I actually loved the first part. I'm a sucker for fairytales since the days of Jim Henson's Storyteller and The Neverending Story, so this one was an obvious must-watch. 2nd part however... The Soča River was OF COURSE dreamy (since it's ours, haha) and it made me consider Ben Barnes a bit more in the up-coming Dorian role, but that's it, quite frankly.
Yes, i read all the books when i was younger, so these movies bring good memories :)
